Awesome mug and I love the open and close mechanism. If I had to list a single fault it would be that it the lid is a little hard to clean. Would take off half a star for that but since I can't do half Stars, it's a full star... Use everyday

I have the flip top, and now the push to open. Keeps cold or hot for 7 hours constantly. The press to open/close is the game changer for me. One hand hold and open…. great for the subway OR car. A winner in white!!

Revised - I figured out the flow/no flow thing by reading another person's review (thanks for that), so I went back to loving it. Today, when getting my stuff in the car to go to work (briefcase, purse, lunch, coffee thing, etc) I put it on the roof of the car, got my stuff in order and drove away. Guess what happened next.Yeah, that. At the first stop sign it slid off the roof of the car and I watched it tumble in front of the windshield, bang on the street surface and roll down the street. It's not even light out yet, and I'm running down the street after it. The little disk at the top broke off and since it was dark I was not able to find it. The reason I changed my review to 5 stars was that when I got to the office, I could do NOTHING until I got on Amazon and ordered a replacement. No consideration required. Now that's love. But just to be clear, the top broke because it hit the pavement, not because it's cheap. Totally my fault.Old review:I used this for basic office coffee commuting every day. I loved it! The size was perfect, the shape was pretty, It was perfect, until it wasn't. The way it closes is kind of unique, but it wore out after a little more than 2 months. I guess it's beyond the return window, so yeah...I actually liked it enough to buy it again knowing that it will only last 9 weeks, which is bonkers, but if you're a rational person you may want to keep looking.

I love the shape of this travel mug. I can shove it into my back pocket if I need to, and it's easy to hold, even if I'm also juggling a bunch of other stuff (that's how my mugs get all dented and scratched -- from dropping them while trying to carry other things.) It also does a very good job of keeping my coffee hot. I like to sip my 2nd cup of coffee over the course of a couple of hours, and this cup is efficient enough to do the job.

this mug is great in a lot of ways. It keeps the coffee hot for a very long time and is easy to open and close. It is definitely spill proof. The problem is the lid. it doesn’t come apart. so cleaning it is awful, I have to use a little tiny brush I had to wash breast pump parts to get in the crack. I guess it wouldn’t be a big deal if you drink black coffee but milk or creamer builds up in there it’s so gross. I wish the lid came apart for easy cleaning.
