I initially ordered this item and it was defective where one of the snaps for the horse jacket was missing. I did not even have to return it, instead I was shipped a new one within a couple of days. My daughter was very happy. Great service. Generally Schleich toys are great quality.

Great but easily lost
This is a great product except it’s super easy to loose and the halter can break so you need to have a designated space for your stuff, otherwise it’s amazing.
