Helps with my slow digestion
I've been taking these capsules for a few months now with my meals. I find especially if I eaten a larger meal these really help with my slow digestion I've also found them very easy to swallow and they don't have any unpleasant taste. All in all I find them to be very effective at helping digest my food

Opt for a better quality product
Been taking betain hcl on and off for a few years to help with digestion and acid reflux, tried this product for a week but it caused regurgitation after ingesting every time, wouldn’t recommend, so opting for a better more quality product.
