Slim.fast! Cafe Latte Shake 6 x 325ml

I have begun a new eating plan as I am overweight and to help me move to smaller portions I bought the ready made drinks as meal replacements. They are lovely. I also have many of the tins all different flavours and all very nice, just add skimmed milk. Each replacement meal drink gives you all the nutrition you need so you are looking after yourself and not going without essential vitamins and minerals. I would recommend them, but dont drink them and then eat a meal, you need to discipline yourself, I find this difficult but once I began on the drinks it has helped me to re-train my tummy to expect less. I would say give it a go. You have nothing to lose only excess fat.

I love these shakes. They are very filling and so tasty! My favourite is the Cafe Latte flavour. I've lost 7 pounds in total (in 2 months) with SlimFast. And that's without any exercise! I purchased on here as it's the cheapest. Anywhere else and you'd be paying £10+ for a pack of 6.

Great value for money compared with the shops (even when on offer) and so easy that I don't have to worry about getting supplies at this price with no effort! The product itself is the only one of the range that I like, as I find the others too sweet - and they have a slightly gooey after-effect which is the only reason for giving four stars instead of five; but I don't have milk in my coffee so this may be why. I take one for lunch every day with a packet of crisps and an apple (I'm not slimming, just want an easy life!) and it does the job nicely.

Love these. The taste is really nice although a bit too sweet for me so I just pour it into a mug and add some milk to it. Feels heavy on the stomach too which is nice as you don't really want to eat that much afterwards

READERS OF A SENSITIVE NATURE; DON NOT READ THIS REVIEW!!I would implore anyone considering the slimfast diet NOT to touch this flavour with a barge pole, for reasons I shall explain below but I apologise for the gross nature of what is to follow:Basically, the artificial flavouring used in latte flavour slimfast is SO STRONG that within an hour of consuming, your urine smells really really strongly of it. A disgusting and very strong artificial coffee smell.Im sorry. I did warn you.And not only that, but it takes days for this highly unpleasant side effect to wear off. Even after just one bottle!!It is so disgusting that I have swallowed my pride and decided to share this information with you in the hope of sparing anyone else the extremely unpleasant experience of this. Its really really really a disgusting side effect.Initially, the taste of the shake itself is not bad but it quickly leaves a strong and very artificial aftertaste in the back of your throat which stays for hours & then there is the aforementioned effect which I can only say leaves me dreading needing the bathroom!!!Its cheaper for a reason!!I have been using slimfast for a couple of weeks now, with great results (lost 10lb in 2 weeks!!) and i find the other flavours really nice with no aftertaste etc etc. Especially banana. Its yummy!So, in anticipation of a months worth of slimfast ing, I stocked up on a variety of the products, including 12 bottles of the latte flavour shakes.It was noticeable after the first latte shake, and after about 3 of them I couldn't bear the aftertaste or the other problem any longer. And stopped drinking this flavour. But now I've run out of banana powder, so this morning I made myself drink one as I had nothing else for breakfast. But I simply cant bear it any longer and will have to throw the rest away. Such a waste of money. 😫Do yourself a favour and give this flavour a VERY wide berth!! Stick to Banana!!

Found the taste was horrid - was retching while drinking them. Not for me unfortunately.

These taste great, and I'm sure is very helpful with some people, but to me they just didn't fill me up; I treated them more like a drink rather than a meal replacement and that's why I'm a bit disappointed.BUT this is just me; and I often eat a lot regularly(!!!) so I suspect this is why it hasn't really been a meal replacement for me.If you don't eat breakfast, I highly recommend that you drink this in the morning to give you all your nutrients that you're missing out on.The large selection of flavours is definitely a bonus as you can find one you'll enjoy.Give it a try and see how it works with your body is my recommendation.

I very much enjoy this product, especially with a banana for lunch or when I am in a hurry. I will probably order some more now as the price is less than in the shops, an added incentive.
