Brilliant!

Lovely idea but few negatives
The media could not be loaded. Its a good idea for a smaller room a few negatives though.1st- the quality of the wood could have been a bit better. The wardrobe panel is bending prior to installation and some of the shelves panel is very weak and easy to break but we had issues with number 2, which didn't help issue number 1.2nd- some of the holes are not aligned to the other side and some holes are smaller than what it should be.3rd- the ladder design could have been improved. It is impossible to get up those straight up..if it was staggered like a proper step I would give this another star.

Quality not good
The bed looks amazing and they have made very good used of the space but the quality is not good at all. I don't feel comfortable/ safe with my son using it.Not sure what to do as it has taken hours to put together.

The wood splits
It's an excellent space saver in theory but after 6 months use from a small 11 year old the wood started splitting around the screws, it had to come down its awful quality wood for such a large frame, for something so big it needs better quality materials

quality not good.
Whilst building found the quality not very good. Looks lovely once completed but found it not very stable. Any movement in the bed makes it sway a little. Definitely not value for money.

Excellent customer service
Ordered 2, fast delivery, look brilliant, one was delivered with damaged box and screws missing (due to delivery company), phoned the store up and they where fantastic no if buts or maybe, full pack of hardware sent out on 24hr delivery very happy.

amazing
i got this bed about a week ago and im obsessed. genuinely dont know what all the other reviews are about, its spacious and sturdy and very comfortable, the storage space is amazing, the desk is great i love everything about this bed. the only thing is its quite tall so im quite close up to the ceiling however not too close up that ill bang my head. i can sit up fine without it going near my head. honestly its great!

Don't buy save u money !!!
I got this in end of August build it in September and already ladders are coming away . Not safe for child to use and having to buy a new bed.
