Codeage ADK Vitamin Supplement arrives in a large printed recyclable (HDPE-2) plastic bottle.Printed on the bottle are the ingredients, confirmation that the product is manufactured to GMP, expiry date (28/02/2026) and directions for use.The ingredients are Vitamin D3, K2 & precursors of vitamin A. I have no concerns with respect to the doses of D3 and K2 - in fact, I am pleased to see that the K2 dose is 200 micrograms (often other products have only 100 micrograms and menaquinone -7 is the optimal choice.I am less certain about the vitamin A. The dose is lower than the NRV, which I agree with, for vitamin A and I have no problem with the beta-carotene but I am less happy with the addition of retinyl palmitate. This is because there have been some negative animal studies using retinyl palmitate - also because the amounts of beta carotene and retinyl palmitate are not stated and finally as they are precursors I am not sure how Codeage know the final concentration of vitamin A (retinol) that will be formed in each individual person. As hypervitaminosis A is a serious condition in humans this is of concern - if it was just beta carotene I would have less concern - but I will not follow the dosage guidelines and take this every day - but I am happy to take it periodically.In the UK I think it is important to take Vitamin D3 & K2 supplements, especially in winter but given the summer we are having I think it is worth taking in summer as well.The initial price is high at £45.00 especially if you don't want or need a six months supply. But if you do then the price is OK. I prefer monthly supplies and the ability to switch products if I want to and not get tied into a 6 months supply.Overall this is a GMP-manufactured product with appropriate doses of Vitamin D3 and K2 (as the government suggested NVP are most probably too low given the current research that has been performed - one day perhaps they will get around to updating them). I am less happy about the vitamin A precursors in this product.

As tablets go these are fine they work quite well easy to swallow No nasty side effects will know over time if they do what they're supposed to.

I've takent this for a few months now and feel much better in myself. It's easy to swallow with no bad taste and you get 6 months supply for the money, so it's great value! Would recommend!
