I’m currently waiting for my scheduled knee surgery. These icepack wraps are incredible!!!!! The ice packs actually remain cold. The wraps are easy to put on, stay put, and are comfortable to wear. This definitely beats the old towel and icepack method. I’m so happy with this purchase!!! Fantastic quality as well….not only the wraps, but the ice packs are really good quality from retaining the cold to the quality of the outer material of the icepack!!

Inserting the gel packs is a little frustrating, but we just threw the whole knee brace in the freezer once the gel packs were in.My husband had knee replacement surgery and still ices his knee during breaks at work and at night. This 2-pack is great. One stays at home and one is at work. He says that it stays very cold for quite a while and is very pleased with this product. Trust me....we went through quite a few ways to ice his knee. This was the winner.

I've been having pain issues with both of my knees due to arthritis. I had been wrapping my knees using cold packs and Ace bandages, which was kind of clumsy. A friend told me about these wraps, so I bought a pair. What a difference! These wraps have pouches which place the frozen gel packs right where they need to be in the front and rear areas of your knee. The velcro straps allow you to tighten the wraps so that they fit snugly on your knee. I keep my knees chilled for 20-30 minutes. They feel alot better now than they did using the packs/bandages method. The gel packs can also be heated in the microwave for heat therapy. My microwave only needs about 30-45 seconds to warm them up. Also, because of the pouches in the wraps, the heat is placed right where you need it. I intend to look for shoulder wraps in case I need them as well.

I bought two of these for a knee injury I'd had and i love them. I also have one for my ankle and foot. Im having rotator cuff surgery soon and am thinking of purchasing the shoulder one as well. I really love the fabric and its extremely well made.
