Good product daily usage
Wonderful product, looks good and water tastes better and the build quality is good. Installation was easy. Be careful bcz The installation person will charge you for doing the hole in sink for 650₹ and then will smarty sell the pressure controler at double rate. Provision these things before at half the rate.

Technicians do not have proper knowledge
Not suitable for Cauvery water. Minimum expectation of the customer is that a purifier should deliver drinkable water without any add ons but the fact is that the water is with 14 TDS which is not in the drinking water TDS level range. When called technician, he says that we need to install an extra valve by paying extra amount of Rs. 500. After installing the valve, TDS level increased to 94 and increasing by 10 every day. Surprisingly, water taste is also changed now and it tastes more like borewell water. Company sends the technicians who doesn’t have enough knowledge about the product. DO NOT buy this product if u have Cauvery water connection. It could be suitable only for bore water but one needs to experience.

didn't know extra filter necessary or not the water test was shown to me after the installation
the product and installation is great but you have to buy seperately a filter for few more bucks and it is not mentioned anywere also the guy that did the instalation did the water test after and before but only showed the quality test after installation so no point of refrence how much pure the filter did or it was necessery at all
