This is the only toner pad I use now. I love the cooling effect but I’m very lazy to use toner pad :/I highly recommend putting them on your forehead, cheeks, and chin and let them sit for 5 minutes.

Just wow. I bought this pad off of a stellar reviews, tried it without expecting anything else and was blown away. Immediately, it cools your skin with a menthol like sensation (if you don't like menthol I'd stay away) which I wasn't expecting at all. It was super hydrating without being greasy. But the real magic was once I took them off -- puffiness decreased 50%. I'm someone who struggles with bloat and puffiness and this really was a instant cryo facial. I've been hitting the jackpot with new skincare products recently and this one is definitely a mega win. I will be using this in the AM and another pad I found for PM. Super happy I got out of my skin care product rut and found this gem!

I thought these were good basic toner pads. They did have a cooling effect which was nice. They left my skin feeling hydrated and ready for the next steps in my routine. No irritation or breakouts.

Probably the best thing I ever put on my face to reduce my flushed red skin. End of story, I want to stock on this so that it never goes away.

These facial toner pada from Cell Fusion C are super hydrating and helps me prep my skin for my other skincare steps. These pads replace traditional bottle toners. Unlike American toners, these Korean toners are not meant to remove makeup or cleanse your face with. You are supposed to cleanse your face first and then apply the toner on second. This will not remove makeup and it will not cleanse your face. You van swipe the pads soaked in toner across your face or leave them on your face for 15 minutes before wiping as a sort of treatment mask. I personally like to leave them all over my face as a treatment mask so my face absorbs the toner.That being said, this toner has excellent ingredients. Using this daily helps balance my skin so it isn't too dry or too oily. I've noticed an improvement in skin texture when using these toner pads and I recommend it if you're looking to get into a full skincare routine. :)

I'm a big fan of this type of face pads, but I never tried 'cooling' ones before so I was very excited to try these out! It's a large jar, filled well, and the inside of the lid has the little tweezers to pick them up easily. I have to say that these are the softest pads I have ever tried and I have tried many! They feel so luxurious and they hold a lot of product on them, so you can definitely use them as mini cooling masks anywhere on your face. I love that they have no scent and they are great for dry skin like mine. They definitely do a great job moisturizing and cooling without having to refrigerate them! Highly recommended and will buy again!

I have dry and sensitive skin, gets irritated easily even after a face wash or shower. What sucks besides the redness is that lots of serums and skincare products easily irritates my skin even when it says "natural ingredients". But I like these cooling pads a lot. They don't irritate, just a very cooling feeling that feels calming more than hurts. The toner pads are super thin and moisturizing. The pack doesn't come in with lots of soaked solution but it's still very well damp inside.

Love using toner pads such as these. These are the "glacial water" pads, which are supposed to help relieve irritation and really cool down your skin. I feel like they are also very moisturizing. I like that they stay put on your skin, whether you are sitting or laying down.
