Very good quality product. Nice heavy weight. Will keep gates firmly closed even on a very windy day. The product was slightly wider than I needed but at 2 inches it was the narrowest I could find but it still works really well. The nut that goes onto end of the bolt only fixes at the top, about 5 turns, so I had a lot of bolt movement as my gates aren’t as thick as the bolt length. By pure luck I found some butterfly nuts in the shed that fitted the bolt perfectly, I think these would actually be better than the nut supplied.

This item has a twist in the metal so it doesn't sit flat on my gates.
