Instead of number 1 chopper, number 2 was sent by the seller.
The Chinese chopper shown in the image is number 1, but I got number 2. The difference between 1 and 2 is that, 1 is better (bigger and heavier), useful for chopping. Number 2 is lighter and smaller. Since I had been using number 1 chopper so used to it. But the seller sent number 2, so since it was urgently required had to managed with the number 2 chopper.

So it's more like an all purpose knife than a Butchers knife. I bought the product for the same purpose as I can quickly chop up vegetables and meat and scoop it up easily as well. Highly recommend for all purpose cutting, chopping etc. Little difficult to cut through thicker vegetables like big onions, because this is a thick blade. Easy to smash and peel garlic and can use the blunt side as a meat tenderizer. Not as heavy as a normal Butcher's cleaver.

Very Good Chopper
This is a good knife with good steel.. The edge retention is good although not very sharp.. You will need to sharpen it out of the box.. All over very impressive for the price..
